Straight To Hairven Hair Extensions has been established for just shy of ten years. Throughout this time, we’ve built our reputation on the quality of our hair and the precision of our installation processes, ensuring seamless blends and undetectable results for every client.
With stylists across Melbourne regularly referring their clients to us for extension services, we now offer salons the opportunity to learn our signature application methods and become a Straight To Hairven Professional Salon.
Education & Training
Learn hands-on from our hair extension educators, each with more than fifteen years of industry experience. All application methods taught have been tried, tested and perfected through daily use in our salon, and are proven to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
Our training is designed to give salons the confidence, technical knowledge and practical experience required to successfully offer hair extensions as part of their service menu.
Training is suitable for all levels of experience, from beginners and apprentices with no prior extension experience, through to fully qualified stylists looking to refine or expand their skills.
Our Hair Extension Range
After testing many hair brands over the years, in 2013 we created our own range of premium European and Russian coloured hair to meet the standards we expect for our clients.
Our signature hand-tied wefts are expertly crafted to be as small and lightweight as possible, making them suitable for all hair types, from sparse to thick.
Our range includes 85 shades, incorporating base, mixed and balayage options to ensure seamless colour matching and natural blends for every client.
Training Options
Masterclasses
We offer both in-salon Masterclasses for team training, as well as on-site Masterclasses for individuals at our Edithvale studio.
Masterclasses run for six hours and include both theory and practical components. Each session covers your chosen extension technique, as well as the full application process demonstrated on a model.
Shadow Program
Our 1:1 Shadow Program is designed for stylists seeking a more in-depth, real-time learning experience.
Spend a full day in salon with a dedicated educator, observing and participating in live appointments alongside our team. You’ll receive one-on-one training in the installation and removal of your chosen extension method, while gaining insight into how we:
- Conduct consultations
- Combine extension and colour services
- Manage appointments
- Style and finish extensions
- Capture aftercare and finishing results
The Shadow Program is fully customisable. Prior to booking, we’ll discuss your goals and tailor your experience to ensure you gain the most value from the day.
Wholesale Access & Ongoing Support
Upon completion of either a Masterclass or Shadow Program, you’ll receive access to our hair at wholesale pricing.
You’ll also receive a full starter kit on the day, providing everything you need to confidently introduce extensions into your service offerings.
Ongoing support is provided to all Straight To Hairven Professional salons to ensure continued success.
